Global Youth Justice, Inc has provided on-site and off-site Technical Assistance and Training more than 250+ Times in 27 Countries. Specialized Technical Assistance and Training is routinely made available by Global Youth Justice, Inc. to Public and Private Agencies and Organizations on a Local, State, Tribal, and National Level around the Globe.

Global Youth Justice, Inc. is comprised of the founders and experts, who have been leading the implementation and expansion of these Youth-Led and Volunteer-Driven Diversion Programs since 1993. Global Youth Justice, Inc. is the leading authority on providing Technical Assistance and Training on Youth Justice and Juvenile Justice Diversion Programs called youth court, teen court, student court, peer court, youth peer court, and peer jury.

Global Youth Justice, Inc. specializes in offering Technical Assistance, Consultation, and Training to help communities establish, enhance, and expand quality youth justice and juvenile justice diversion programs referred to as youth court, teen court, student court, peer court, youth peer court, and peer jury.

Specialized Areas of Technical Assistance and Training

  • Organizing and cultivating the support of the community;
  • Form a task force;
  • Conduct a needs and resource assessment;
  • Examining legal issues;
  • Identify and apply for funding;
  • Assist with staffing and volunteer descriptions and roles for Youth and Adults;
  • Help determine the function, program model, and procedure of the chosen program model;
  • Help developing a program purpose, goals, and objectives;
  • Help determine offender target population and referral process;
  • Assist with the design of program services;
  • Help develop public relations materials and plan;
  • Share effective case management practices;
  • Assist the community with determining when, where, and how often hearings and/or trials will take place and be held;
  • Work with you to recruit, train, organize, recognize and retain volunteers to include both youth and adults;
  • Help community with program evaluation; and
  • Help community develop a strategic plan with a specific time-line to implement or enhance a high quality and effective program.
